1. Email us at akachanhousesg@yahoo.co.jp to place your orders. Kindly send your order in this format:
-Name: -Address: -Item Name, Size, Colour: -Quantity -Normal Postage(Free)/Registered mail($2.25) -Email Address: 2. A confirmation number will be email to you within 48hrs. Once received our email, kindly proceed for payment(please see under mode of payment for more info).
3. After payment, please email us in this format:
- Confirmation no.: - Amount transferred: - Date/Time: - Transaction Ref: 4. Upon confirmation of the payment, your items will be mail out within 3 days.
Mode of Payment
1.Currently only accept FUNDS TRANSFER for DBS/POSB.
2. Funds transfer can be performed through internet banking or ATMs.
3. We will include our account number in your confirmation email.
Terms & Conditions
Please read and agree to the Terms & Conditions as stated before making an order. 1. All items are ready stocks with limited quantity and sizes.
2. All sales are final and no cancellation or changes can be made once your order has been confirmed and processed throught email.
3. All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars and include normal local postage, duties or taxes.
4. Colour of the clothes may varies slightly due to the lighting set-up when photo is taken.
5. We reserved the right to release your item/s without prior notice if payment is not received within 2 days from the date of the confirmation email
6. We will NOT be liable for any lost or damage during the course of delivery. Hence, we strongly recommend delivery through registered mail.
7. All items are checked and inspected before sending out, we will NOT be liable for any damages on the items thereafter.
8. Most item tags are snipped, please purchase only if you are comfortable.
